Georgia Fire and A+ Sports are offering the first
#FIREDUP Leadership and Empowerment seminar.
FOCUS: Athletes often fear the consequences of a poor or less than perfect performance whether on the field, in the class room, or in general life. Attendees will learn various skills and habits to push through the fear of failure, to gain increased confidence and leadership, and to use nutrition to enhance their mind and body.
Attendees will engage in panel discussion and activities with women who understand the skills and experiences of an Olympic athlete, female business leader and current athlete which helped them to excel, succeed, and push through fears.
WHO: Youth athletes ages 13 and up of any sport
WHEN: July 21, 2019 - 1pm to 6pm – Report to facility at 12:45pm
WHERE: A+ Sports Performance Center at 160 N Main St Ste A Alpharetta, GA 30009
