Looking for pitching coach recommendation

I’m looking for a new pitching coach for my daughter. She is transitioning to 16u. She has 3 pitches and knows how to pitch. I’m just trying to get her to a place where she is way more consistent and can get over the hump to be a better pitcher and will continually improve. Looking to start immediately.
