Atlanta Braves - Softball Instructor Interest Form

The Atlanta Braves are currently hiring softball instructors for the 2023 Youth Summer Clinic Series.

4 Lead Instructors
Lead instructors are responsible for setting up their designated clinic station, communicating and executing drills, managing 2 other instructors/25 athletes, and helping the overall function of the clinic.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a collegiate softball program
- Coaching experience (Can range from private instructor experience to collegiate coaching experience)
- Is willing to attend every clinic during the Summer and lead station drills
- Must be passionate about teaching youth athletes and growing the game of softball

14 Instructors from above the Atlanta area and 14 Instructors from below the Atlanta area
Instructors are responsible for executing a specific drill within their designated station, managing 12 athletes at a time, and helping with the specific function of their station.
Requirements:
- MUST be a current or former collegiate softball player (graduated within the past 5 years)
- We are looking for collegiate athletes from all levels - NAIA, NJCAA, D3, D2, D1
- Is willing to work more than 5 clinics over the course of the clinic series
- Must be passionate about teaching youth athletes and growing the game of softball
